In the hospital of tomorrow, AI will be embedded across clinical workflows and care pathways, requiring new clinical skills and ethical responsibility. We present a curriculum-integrated teaching and assessment concept that develops practical competencies in the use of AI-assisted systems. A key innovation is the integration of AI into both training and assessment, enabling objective evaluation of clinical decision-making in patient care. Future clinicians are trained to critically use AI and actively shape its role in healthcare transformation.
